Ben Wilson quitte Slingshot...

Quand un rider quitte son sponsor, ou qu'un sponsor se débarasse d'un de ses riders, cela se fait parfoit de façon assez hostile... Mais alors qu'on vient juste d'apprendre que Ben Wilson et Slingshot mettaient un terme à leur 10 ans de partenariat, on est heureux de constater que cette séparation semble se faire dans les meilleures conditions.

On a meme droit à un petit mot d'adieu et une vidéo de remerciement de Ben Wilson pour son ex-sponsor, chose plutot rare et sympathique !

Thanks Slingshot!

Working with Slingshot has been an unbelievable experience. They have put their faith into the wave riding side of the sport and we’ve worked together to take this to a new level and excitement for kite surfing. The quality of products created and working with the international team has been an absolute blast.

It’s time for me to step back and move onto new goals and this is also a great opportunity for the young and emerging talent in kitesurfing to step up with Slingshot and have fun working in new ways together.
Most of all I’d like to thank Tony Logosz, Jeff logosz, Andrew Regan, Mira Kwon, Greg Kish, Amery Bernard, John Doyle, Matt Gustafsen, Jeff Roberts, Chris Schey, Dave Gutierrez, Cindy Doyle, Jim Kimball, Tina Cady, Bryan Trullinger and overall the whole team from across the globe who made my time there amazing.
